Not Just Another Pretty Face

PIGIPEDIA
Pigs are emotional beings, just like humans.  Researchers in London taught pigs to give one response when they felt normal and a different one when they felt anxious.  (The anxious state was originally invoked  by giving the pigs a drug that temporarily induced anxiety.)  Later, the pigs made the same "anxious" response when exposed to new situations, such as an unfamiliar pig or a new pig pen.
