Monday is Fun Day - Flamingo Tablet

It's kind of nice the way stores put little things out for you to look at while you're waiting in line.  Sometimes you find something that's too fun to resist.

This little, and I do mean little (it's only 3" x 4") thing caught my eye.  I picked it up and noticed how extraordinarily smooth the paper was.  I couldn't wait to open it up.

You have to work at it a little bit to get it open, because there's magnets in there.  That, plus the nice cardboard outer parts told me it had all the makings of a good quality little package.

Inside, a teeny tablet, just asking to be made into to-do lists.  

I admired it, folded it back up, and put it back on the shelf.  I was feeling virtuous for resisting their marketing ploy.  But the line was taking a long time, and I decided I needed fun more than I needed virtue.  At just a couple bucks, I'm glad I made the decision I did.
